When you submit an enquiry, Ingram Motor Company receives your name, email address, any telephone number you choose to provide and the contents of your message. A vehicle submission also includes the vehicle details, condition, history and any photograph link you supply.

How it is used

We use this information to respond to your request, discuss a possible purchase or sale, and keep a record of the enquiry. The form does not sign you up to marketing.

Where enquiries are stored

Enquiries are stored privately in this website’s WordPress administration area on AWS hosting. They are not published as website content. Authorised administrators and service providers supporting the website may access information where necessary.

Security and retention

The website uses HTTPS. A temporary anti-spam counter uses a protected hash derived from the connection address and email address; the counter expires after ten minutes. Enquiry records are reviewed and should be removed when no longer needed, subject to any record-keeping obligations.

Your choices

You can request access to or correction of your information, or ask for deletion where applicable, through the contact form. Please identify the earlier enquiry so it can be located. You can also raise a data-protection concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
